Neighborhood Network Center

Welcome to your Neighborhood Network Center!

Join our staff and other resident members to show you what the Neighborhood Network Center (NNC) is all about!

With the input and support of our current Board Members, the NNC was created in order to provide educational and empowering programs for the children, youth, adults, and seniors in our community.

At the Neighborhood Network Center, we provide a variety of courses in order to improve the skill-set of each individual. Please call our office and ask for the Course Curriculums, course offerings and details. Together, we dream of a brighter future for our community.

Welcome home!

The website offers many ways to connect with your friends and neighbors too! Be sure to check out the online calendar for events, minutes, reports and forums.

In co-op housing, there is no landlord. Instead, residents (along with hired staff) work together to maintain the co-op, finances, and solve problems that arise. In co-op housing, resident members work together to maintain the management of the co-op through a Board of Directors and committees that address finance, legal, buildings and grounds, member selection, social and communications, and more.

Each resident member should participate within the co-op at least 6 to 10 hours per month. Without the efforts of each resident member, co-op housing does not work.

Northridge Cooperative Homes’ Community Garden

We put the UNITY in our Community Garden.  We all come together as one for the common good of our community and our residents.  We took an unused plot of land within our co-op and through hard work, perseverance and commitment, made it a beautiful Community Garden.

From start to finish, designing, moving dirt, to purchasing plants and seeds, our co-op residents young, old and everyone in-between, shared in the creation of our Garden.

Please take a moment view our New Community Garden dedicated page!
